How do I update my credit card information?
  • Log into the Member Site here: https://kendracunov.mykajabi.com
  • After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click  next to your card information.
  • Select Replace.
  • Complete the replace card prompt.
  • Then, click Update to apply and keep your changes:

 

How do I cancel my membership?
  • Log into the Member Site here: https://kendracunov.mykajabi.com
  • After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  • Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel next to the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  • On the pop-up window, select Cancel this subscription.
  • On the confirmation screen, click OK
  • Your subscription will now show [pending cancellation] and the effective date of your cancelation.
