How do I update my credit card information?
- Log into the Member Site here: https://kendracunov.mykajabi.com
- After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Click
…
next to your card information. - Select Replace.
- Complete the replace card prompt.
- Then, click Update to apply and keep your changes:
How do I cancel my membership?
- Log into the Member Site here: https://kendracunov.mykajabi.com
- After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Under Active Subscriptions, click Cancel next to the subscription you’d like to cancel.
- On the pop-up window, select Cancel this subscription.
- On the confirmation screen, click OK
- Your subscription will now show [pending cancellation] and the effective date of your cancelation.
